We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding to join our Global Talent Management team. This role will play a key part in the administration, optimisation, and continuous enhancement of our global recruiting technology platform. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders, you'll drive system improvements that increase user adoption, automate processes, enhance the candidate experience, and maximise the value of our technology investments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business partnership to deliver impactful HR technology solutions on a global scale.
This role is work at home and you will be paid £75,000.00 per annum. You'll also join a collaborative global HRIS team responsible for delivering scalable, innovative HR technology solutions that support employees across more than 40 countries. This role offers the opportunity to work on global projects, influence system strategy, and help shape the future of talent technology within a growing international organisation.
