Lead advanced coaching cohorts and enterprise engagements for financial advisors to drive business growth and measurable outcomes. Mentor developing growth leaders and maintain high standards of delivery while identifying expansion opportunities for client partners.

What you will do

At PSBLTY, we believe that creating value is at the heart of every role. Whether someone’s a growth leader, strategist, or specialist, everybody’s contributions are key to our collective success, yours included.

As a Senior Growth Leader, you will lead our most advanced coaching engagements with financial advisors and their teams, primarily through our enterprise partnership programs. You will facilitate high-level cohorts and individual sessions that create clarity, drive accountability, and produce measurable business and personal outcomes. You will also help develop the next generation of PSBLTY Growth Leaders.

You will be responsible to:

  • Lead advanced coaching cohorts for experienced financial advisors, bringing deep industry knowledge of practice economics, team structure, client segmentation, and growth strategy.
  • Facilitate 1:1, team, and group coaching sessions that deliver clarity, value, and actionable next steps.
  • Lead specialized enterprise engagements, including coaching for internal partner teams and advisor teaming engagements.
  • Drive client partner outcomes by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating measurable wins.
  • Mentor and support developing Growth Leaders, sharing industry knowledge and helping them prepare for more advanced work.
  • Serve as a trusted delivery lead for enterprise partners, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Provide program and product feedback to improve PSBLTY offerings, especially advanced cohort content.
  • Ensure deliverable quality and timeliness, reviewing work outputs and keeping commitments on scope and deadlines.
  • Conduct session prep and follow-up to reinforce accountability and maximize impact.
  • Support client partner and enterprise retention through proactive relationship-building and high-value interactions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals aligned with client and partner goals.
  • Continuously refine growth playbooks, frameworks, and approaches for advanced client partners.
  • Participate in internal team meetings, retrospectives, and leadership syncs to improve collaboration and delivery.

While the specifics of your responsibilities are based on your role, certain expectations are universal across our entire team. In addition to your role’s responsibility, you will join everyone at The PSBLTY Co. in your responsibility to:

  • Champion our brand and culture. Be a steward of our brand values in every interaction, both internally and externally. Represent The PSBLTY Co. with integrity, passion, and authenticity, ensuring that who we are—and who you are—is reflected in all that we do.
  • Drive impact through your work. Align your efforts with our mission to help leaders and their organizations grow profits by standing out. Ensure that every task, project, or initiative you undertake moves us closer to this goal.
  • Deliver measurable results. Focus on outcomes that can be tracked and reported. Whether you’re responsible for driving revenue, increasing engagement, or improving client partner satisfaction, your work should be data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functionally. Work seamlessly with other team members and departments to ensure that our projects and strategies are aligned, cohesive, and effective. Your ability to communicate and coordinate with others will be crucial to our success.
  • Innovate and refine processes. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the way we work. Whether it’s by streamlining processes, introducing new tools, or refining existing systems, your contributions should make our operations smoother and more efficient.

Embrace the PSBLTY spirit by committing to “Be 100”—100% responsible, 100% of the time, and lead with unwavering accountability in every action you take. We’re counting on you.

What we will do

At The PSBLTY Co., we believe in mutual commitment and responsibility. As much as we expect our team members to contribute to our collective success, we are equally committed—and 100% responsible—to supporting and empowering you to reach your goals. As a team, we commit to:

  • Provide clear direction and support. We will ensure you have clear goals, actionable feedback, and the resources you need to succeed in your role.

  • Maintain open and honest communication. We pledge to be transparent in our communication, keeping you informed and engaged in our strategic direction and decisions.
  • Create a balanced work environment. We will prioritize your well-being by encouraging a healthy work-life balance and offering flexibility where possible.
  • Recognize and celebrate your contributions. We promise to acknowledge and reward your hard work, dedication, and the unique value you bring to our team.
  • Support your success. We are committed to being your advocates, removing obstacles in your path, and doing whatever it takes to ensure you thrive within our organization.
  • Align on purpose and values. We will consistently demonstrate our core values, ensuring that our actions as leaders align with the culture we’re building together.
  • Commit to your long-term success. We’re here for the long haul, dedicated to your personal and professional journey, and committed to helping you build a career that’s as fulfilling as it is impactful.

At The PSBLTY Co., your success is our success. We’re in this together, and we’re fully committed to creating an environment where you can do your best work and grow into the leader you’re meant to be.

About the role

This is a full-time, salaried W-2 position.

Why choose PSBLTY

At The PSBLTY Co., we’re not just in the business of coaching and consulting—we’re in the business of creating a world of leaders committed to demonstrating what’s actually possible in all areas of their lives. Our mission is to fight like hell for every leader to grow profits by standing out, empowering leaders to break free from limitations and step boldly into what they’re best in the world at. That mission starts within our own walls, where every day is an opportunity to live out our core belief: possibility exists, limitation is created.

Our team is a collective of driven, purpose-filled individuals who are committed to making a real impact—for our client partners and for each other. We’re not perfect, but we are relentlessly focused on growth, improvement, and creating an environment where everyone has the space to be their most authentic selves. Whether you’re joining us from Phoenix, Paris, Peru, or anywhere in between, you’ll find a culture that is as bold and dynamic as the leaders we serve. Inspiration will penetrate you daily.

Don’t just take our word for it—here’s what one of our growth leaders has to say: “At The PSBLTY Co., I’ve found a place where I have been more challenged than I’ve ever been boldly challenged and supported, where my ideas are valued, and where I feel truly connected to the impact we’re making. This isn’t just a job; PSBLTY is a movement, and I’m proud to be a part of it.”

We could go on about the reasons to join us, but we believe in hiring for fit above all else. If you’re passionate about pushing boundaries, making a difference, and being part of something bigger than yourself, we invite you to learn more about our culture. We’re not looking for someone to fit into a role—we’re looking for people who feel called to help us shape the future and spread possibility to the world.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking an impact-driven individual who is eager to contribute to a company that prioritizes authentic growth and transformation. You will thrive at The PSBLTY Co. if you:

  • Pursue impact and income. You’re driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, not just by financial gain.
  • Embody our core values. You align with and are committed to upholding our culture of belonging, performance, and leadership.
  • Are a lifelong learner. You’re constantly seeking knowledge, open to new ideas, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bring experience and innovation. You have 3+ years of experience in your field, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving growth.
  • Leverage technology for growth. You enjoy discovering and implementing new technologies to enhance our operations and drive innovation.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence. You’re an excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking, who can articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Take initiative. You’re self-motivated, proactive, and don’t wait to be told what to do—you’re always looking for ways to contribute.
  • Set and achieve goals. You’re results-oriented, focused on hitting targets, and driving both personal and team success.
  • Collaborate and adapt. You work well with others, enjoy the collaborative process, and are comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with growth and change.
  • Value systems and scalability. You embrace systems and processes that enable us to scale and improve continuously.
  • Consider yourself a leader. You’re looking for opportunities to grow in your leadership within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Support diversity and inclusion. You understand that diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but essential to our mission. We’re building a team that reflects a wide range of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.

If you typically feel underrepresented in industries like ours, know that you’re not only welcome to apply, but we actively encourage it. We’re committed to building a team that’s as diverse and inclusive as the world we want to impact.
