The Senior Graphic Designer will own and evolve the company's visual identity, including typography, color, and layout systems. They are responsible for creative direction, producing campaign assets, motion graphics, and ensuring all visual output remains consistent and high-quality.
(100% Remote) · Full-Time Independent Contractor · U.S. Business Hours
Imagine being the person who decides what a company looks like. Every campaign that ships carries your hand. Every recruiter’s deck, every ad, every reel — one voice, one look, unmistakably ours. That’s this role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’d be joining a firm building the financial backbone for ambitious companies — and a talent brand that has to stand out in a crowded market to win the best accounting and finance professionals in the Philippines and the U.S.
As Senior Graphic Designer, you own the visual identity. Not the execution queue — the identity itself. You take a business goal and return to a creative direction, then produce the work that proves it: static campaigns, motion pieces, employer branding assets, ads, decks, and social systems. You set the rules for how the brand shows up, and you make sure everything that ships follows them.
This is a senior creative seat. It is not a production design role, and it is not a request-taker position. The person who thrives here is a brand owner: someone who develops the concept, builds the system, produces the work, and raises the bar on everything around it.
The Ideal Candidate
You think in campaigns and systems, not one-off files.
You can take a one-line brief — or no brief — and come back with a direction worth defending.
You move fluently between static and motion, and you know when each one wins.
You have taste, and you can explain it in plain language to non-designers.
You ship on a weekly cadence without sacrificing craft.
You do your best work in writing and async, across time zones.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Visual Identity. The look is yours to define and protect. Own and evolve the brand’s visual system — typography, color, layout, iconography, photo and video treatment — and keep every asset that ships consistent with it.
Creative Direction. Direction before execution. Translate business and hiring goals into creative concepts, then art-direct them through to final delivery — including work produced by freelancers, agencies, and internal contributors.
Campaign Design. Campaigns that look like campaigns. Build full visual campaigns across recruitment marketing, employer branding, and internal programs — key visuals, adaptations, and rollout kits sized for every placement.
Motion & Video Graphics. Make it move. Produce motion graphics, animated social cuts, lower thirds, kinetic type, and title packages, and cut short-form video for social where needed.
Social & Digital Assets. Feed the channels without diluting the brand. Design recurring social content, paid ad creative, and digital assets built as reusable templates and systems, not one-off posts.
Presentations & Collateral. Make the story look like the company behind it. Design pitch decks, one-pagers, reports, and internal collateral to a publish-ready standard.
Design Operations. Build a system that survives volume. Maintain source files, component libraries, brand guidelines, and templates so the team can self-serve the simple things and you stay on the hard things.
Quality Control. Nothing ships off-brand. Review and approve creative output across the organization, and give clear, direct feedback that raises the standard.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
5+ years in graphic design, brand design, or art direction — with senior or lead-level ownership (required)
A portfolio showing original concept development, not just execution of others’ briefs (required)

Expert command of After Effects for motion graphics, and Premiere Pro for video editing (required)
Strong Figma skills for design systems, components, and collaborative handoff (required)
Working proficiency in Canva for templated assets the wider team will use (required)

Ability to prioritize and manage time in a remote work environment (required)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent brand experience
3D or advanced motion work (Blender, Cinema 4D)
Experience designing for paid social performance, not just brand
Illustration or custom type capability
