About the role

We’re looking for a mid–senior graphic designer to join our growing in-house creative studio. You’ll create high-quality work that supports our brand, marketing, and wider business goals. This is a varied, hands-on role with opportunities to shape creative output, influence the team, and make a lasting impact on the brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Turn creative briefs into compelling design across campaigns, digital, events, and more
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking, not just execution
  • Deliver consistently high-quality, accurate, and on-brand creative
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and keeping work on track
  • Apply brand guidelines with confidence while identifying opportunities to evolve them
  • Support and mentor junior designers where needed

About you

  • 6+ years' experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and strategic design thinking
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Confident designing in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience across both digital and print, with an understanding of designing for different formats and channels
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and the role of design in B2B marketing

Nice to have

  • Experience with Figma and other design tools
  • Experience designing for motion, video, or UI

  • You have a strong grasp of design fundamentals and understand the thinking behind effective design, not just the aesthetics
  • You're a conceptual thinker who can generate ideas while balancing practical delivery
  • You're highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • You're confident presenting your work and explaining your creative decisions
  • You're collaborative, low ego, and enjoy working as part of a team
