🚀 Venture Fundraising | Equity Only | Remote | 6+ Month Sprint
Luupli is building a new kind of social platform, designed around real human connection, fairness, and creator empowerment. We’re live on iOS and Android, approaching 30,000 users, and heading into an upcoming global launch.
We’re also building with support across the startup ecosystem, including NVIDIA, Google, MixPanel, and GitHub.
We’re looking for a senior fundraising operator who can partner directly with the CEO and help us raise significant capital fast. This is not a passive advisory seat. You’ll run a tight process, move investors through conviction, and help us close funding within the next 6 months.
Build and run a 6-month fundraising strategy that prioritizes speed to close
Tighten the story: positioning, narrative, deck, and investor-ready materials
Set up and manage a clean data room and diligence workflow
Create a targeted pipeline across angels, funds, strategic investors, and operators
Drive warm introductions from your network and unlock new access paths
Prep the CEO for meetings: talk track, Q&A, objection handling, follow-ups
Keep momentum high: weekly targets, pipeline tracking, and investor comms
Support term sheet negotiation and closing mechanics through funds received
Deep, recent fundraising experience raising meaningful rounds (and you can show it)
A strong investor network you can activate quickly
Credibility with US investors and comfort operating across time zones
Track record of moving from first meeting to term sheet to close
Sharp instincts on what investors actually care about: traction, narrative, risk, upside
Strong writing and founder communication skills (you can turn messy into crisp fast)
Bonus: experience in consumer, social, creator economy, marketplaces, or community-led growth
This is an equity-only opportunity. No cash, no retainer.
Equity vests only when fundraising milestones are hit within 6 months, based on funds closed (not soft commitments). Milestones and vesting terms will be documented in the advisor agreement before start.
