About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help us build our CRM and automation platform to support sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. In this role you will work across the entire stack to develop features that make our business processes efficient and effective.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Mangomint, you'll join a small, technical team where your impact will be immediately visible. You'll have meaningful ownership over the features you build and the decisions that shape them. This position is perfect for someone who thrives with autonomy, values flexibility, and is excited to build internal products for their colleagues.

In the Senior Fullstack Engineer role at Mangomint you will:

• Build new features in our CRM (Next.js) and automations within our workflow automation platform (FastAPI and Inngest).

• Partner with teams to understand their workflows and build solutions to automate them and improve them.

• Develop agentic solutions for enrichment, task automation, etc.

• Contribute ideas that help shape our internal products as they evolves

• Take ownership of the features you build, from planning and implementation to monitoring and refinement

Technologies You Will Work With

• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui

• Backend: Node, Python, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, FastAPI, Inngest

• Infra: Supabase, Vercel, AWS, Snowflake

• AI: Codex, Claude Code, Claude Design

While experience with our stack is helpful, we care more about your engineering skills and your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep experience in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.js

• Experience with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, etc.

• Comfortable using and managing agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. for feature development and code review

• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership of outcomes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders

• Strong product and design sense

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working in a startup environment

• Experience with GTM processes like enrichment, lead distribution, etc.
