About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus, you will serve as the technical backbone for a leading Item Chain Management platform. Operating with high autonomy, you will architect and optimize high-throughput distributed systems capable of transforming massive streams of item-level data into real-time operational intelligence for global enterprise leaders.

This role is critical to scaling core cloud infrastructure, bridging robust Java backend services with responsive ReactJS frontends, and driving operational excellence. We are seeking an engineer who looks beyond business logic and code execution—someone who possesses the technical depth to understand infrastructure, system monitoring, and performance tuning. By blending software engineering with strong reliability principles, your work will directly empower global enterprises to manage billions of unique product identities from source to sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Build highly scalable, high-concurrency backend microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and modern distributed frameworks.

• Optimize big data streaming and batch processing pipelines using cloud-native AWS services to achieve maximum throughput and minimal latency.

• Develop and Maintain performant, reactive frontend components using ReactJS to deliver complete end-to-end features.

• Anchor System Reliability by taking full ownership of application health—designing for observability, monitoring core metrics, and executing JVM performance tuning.

• Automate Cloud Infrastructure in collaboration with DevOps teams using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Kubernetes to ensure robust operational stability.

• Collaborate and Drive Standards across cross-functional PODs, elevating software quality, architectural best practices, and overall technical depth.

Requirements

• Years of Experience: 4–6+ years of professional backend-focused software development experience with highly scalable applications.

• Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Java 17+ (SE/EE), Spring / Spring Boot, ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate), and reactive programming.

• Frontend Expertise: Solid, practical experience developing applications with ReactJS.

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Kinesis, RDS, Lambda) and Infrastructure as Code (Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt).

• Data Management: Proven experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and data streaming architectures.

• Soft Skills: High accountability, an ownership mindset, and the ability to operate proactively and independently within a dynamic team.

• Language Proficiency: Advanced English (written and conversational) to effectively collaborate with US-based teams on East/West Coast time zones.

Nice to Have

• Practical exposure to SRE practices, distributed tracing, or APM tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).

• Hands-on experience with high-throughput messaging tools like Apache Kafka or Spark.

• Strong background in building zero-downtime CI/CD deployment strategies.
