Who You Are:
You’re a savvy Software Engineer who owns features end-to-end, Vue to GraphQL to .NET, and actually cares whether what you shipped solved the problem. You sit with Product and UX from day one, not just sprint three. You use AI daily and review its output like you would any other PR. You’re not just building features, you’re building things that actually matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build customer-facing features across the Vue front end, the GraphQL API, and the C#/.NET back-end services
- Work with Product Managers and UX designers from the earliest stage: ask why a requirement exists, test assumptions with evidence, and propose the option that gives customers the most value
- Keep the product usable, accessible, fast, and consistent in look and feel
- Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and agree trade-offs with the UX team
- Design and evolve GraphQL schemas that the UI can consume with ease and the server can resolve with speed
- Build reusable components, composables, and libraries for our shared UI packages and design system
- Use AI-assisted tools to ship faster, and review AI-generated code, tests, and designs before you merge them
- Help shape the team’s AI practices, from shared guidelines and agent instructions to review standards
- Improve performance, scalability, and maintainability on client and server
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and use code reviews to raise the quality of the codebase
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Strong understanding of single-page application frameworks: reactivity, state management, routing, and component architecture
- Strong back-end fundamentals in C#/.NET: API design, authentication and authorization, error handling, and performance
- Good understanding of asynchronous data flows, caching strategies, and API integration over GraphQL and REST
- Strong command of modern CSS, responsive layouts, design tokens, and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
- Solid knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), front-end performance (Core Web Vitals), and cross-browser compatibility
- Customer-first product mindset: you start from the user’s problem, use data and feedback to judge whether a feature worked, and bring your own ideas to planning
- Ownership: you care about quality from the first design conversation to the feature’s behavior in production
- Appetite for learning new frameworks and AI tools
- Clear communication and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient written and spoken English
Working with AI:
- Fluency: you use AI coding assistants and agents (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to explore, scaffold, refactor, test, and document
- Expert review: you bring strong engineering fundamentals to AI-generated changes and catch subtle bugs, security gaps, invented APIs, over-engineering, and drift from our architecture
- Context engineering: you give AI clear specs, well-scoped tasks, and project guidance such as AGENTS.md files and team conventions
- Judgment: you know when AI saves you time and when you will work faster or safer by hand
- Accountability: you own the code you ship, whoever or whatever wrote it
Your Tech Stack:
Front end
- TypeScript and Vue 3 with the Composition API (strong Angular or React experience also works if you are willing to switch)
- HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and PrimeVue or a comparable component library
- Apollo Client, schema-first development, and GraphQL type code generation
- Vite and pnpm workspaces in a monorepo
Back end and API
- C# and modern .NET: you build and extend Web APIs and back-end services
- Server-side GraphQL: schema design, resolvers, pagination, batching, and query performance, including N+1 avoidance
- PostgreSQL, SQL, and relational data modeling
Quality and delivery
- Vitest, Vue Test Utils, and Playwright with Cucumber/Gherkin (BDD) end-to-end scenarios, plus unit and integration testing in .NET
- Git, GitLab CI/CD or a similar CI system, the Atlassian stack, and Google Workspace
- Figma
Nice Extras:
- Web application security fundamentals such as the OWASP Top 10, which you will apply in our domain from day one
- Experience building LLM-based product features or agentic workflows
- Containers and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Nuxt and SSR, data visualization with ECharts, internationalization with vue-i18n, and product analytics with Pendo
