JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Architecture Scalable SaaS
Solutions
- Define and implement system architecture
that supports multi-tenant ERP modules, high availability, and secure
cloud-based deployment.
- Apply advanced design patterns and
architectural principles to ensure maintainability, scalability, and
performance.
- Develop and Optimize Core ERP Modules
- Utilize Claude Code and other AI enable
tools to develop clean, maintainable, and testable code for mission-critical
ERP features such as finance/accounting, HR, contract/project management,
procurement, order management and compliance.
- Refactor existing codebases to improve
efficiency and reduce technical issues.
- Integrate Third-Party Systems and APIs
- Design and implement secure integrations
with payment gateways, document management systems, government compliance
tools, and other SaaS services.
- Ensure seamless data exchange via REST,
GraphQL, or message queues.
- Support DevOps and Continuous Delivery
Practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated
testing frameworks, and containerized deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitor production systems for uptime,
security, and performance, and respond to incidents with root cause analysis.
- Mentor and Guide Engineering Teams
- Provide technical leadership to junior and
mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, pair programming, and
knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Foster best practices in agile software
development, secure coding, and quality assurance.
- Ensure Compliance, Security, and Data
Privacy
- Implement role-based access control,
encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive ERP data.
- Stay updated on compliance requirements
(e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, GDPR) and ensure the platform meets or exceeds these
standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in computer science or software engineering
- At
least 5 years’ experience developing business systems software
- At
least 7-10 years’ experience developing SaaS software using JEE and Amazon web
services.
- At
least 7-10 years’ experience in object-oriented programming language, such as
Java, including extensive use of Java Collections, Reflection and Generics
libraries to build mission critical business applications.
- At
least 5 years developing enterprise applications using SQL databases such as
Oracle and MySQL and JEE libraries including JPA, EJBs, JMS messaging and REST.
Must have extensive knowledge of building backend REST-based APIs using JPA or
Hibernate and GraphOL.
- At
least 7-10 years designing, developing and debugging user interfaces software
using Angular/Prime NG web development toolkit.
- At
least 7-10 years in DevOps utilizing Amazon web services to support configuring
and deploying virtual servers, maintaining and optimizing SQL databases and
utilizing CI/CD for deploying enterprise software
- Should be willing to accept a
long-term work-from-home arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent
night shift schedule
