Senior Full Stack Developer

Bamboo Card is a Dubai-based B2B distributor of digital prepaid products and a rewards fulfilment partner to enterprises worldwide. Since 2018 we have built a catalogue of more than 3,500 products across over 80 countries, delivered through our client portal and API. More than 1,000 enterprise clients rely on us to power rewards programmes, employee incentives, customer acquisition campaigns and marketplace inventory. We sit in one of the fastest-growing corners of the payments ecosystem with the banking infrastructure and supplier relationships that make global digital rewards work at scale.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team, building and maintaining features across our microservices-based platform using .NET, React, and AWS. You'll work closely with product, design, and QA to ship reliable, well-architected features end to end.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using .NET (backend) and React (frontend)
• Build, integrate, and maintain services within a microservices architecture
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs across services
• Deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure on AWS
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Work with QA to identify and resolve bugs, and support test automation where relevant
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve engineering practices as the team scales
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation where appropriate

• 6+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) for backend development
• Strong hands-on experience with React for frontend development
• Experience working with microservices architecture — designing, building, or maintaining independently deployable services
• Experience working with AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or similar)
• Solid understanding of REST API design and relational databases
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership of features from design to deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Practical experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude) to boost productivity
• Bonus: experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
