Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer for the Airvoyant POD, you will design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions that power mission-critical aviation workflows. You will anchor the development of modern web and cloud-based applications, serving as a technical backbone to bridge responsive front-end experiences with secure, complex enterprise backend architectures.

This role is critical to transforming intricate business requirements into robust, production-grade applications used by global airlines, MROs, and aviation vendors. Collaborating closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams, you will drive operational efficiency and digital transformation, shaping the core software that revolutionizes fleet management and intelligent aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications and microservices architectures supporting heavy enterprise workflows.

• Build modern, highly responsive frontend interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular, utilizing reusable components to accelerate development.

• Develop high-performance backend services, robust RESTful APIs, and critical data-driven integrations.

• Optimize complex relational databases, data models, and queries to ensure maximum application performance, uptime, and scalability.

• Lead features end-to-end by collaborating with product managers and engineers, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and establishing automated testing processes.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development delivering production-grade enterprise applications.

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with strong production experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Solid backend experience using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python. (Java preferred)

• Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Strong infrastructure experience building scalable cloud applications, with direct experience on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).

• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Ownership mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience in aviation, MRO, ERP, or enterprise operations systems.

• Familiarity with real-time data processing, streaming architectures, or IoT systems.

• Knowledge of advanced DevOps practices and hands-on exposure to data analytics, reporting, or visualization tools.

• Understanding of compliance-driven or regulated software environments.
