You will lead technical delivery for enterprise healthcare AI agent systems from pre-sales through deployment and post-launch support. This role involves designing complex integrations with EHR/EMR platforms and sharing field insights with internal product and engineering teams.
Join a healthcare AI team delivering production AI agent systems for healthcare organizations. You will lead technical delivery from early client discussions through deployment, connecting complex healthcare systems while bringing field insights back to the core platform.
Own enterprise client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, implementation, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems that integrate with EHR and EMR platforms, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRM software while meeting HIPAA requirements.
Lead technical working sessions and present system designs to executive and technical stakeholders.
Make independent architecture and integration decisions, and create clear system architecture diagrams.
Share customer learnings with product and engineering teams and develop reusable components for future deployments.
Five to fifteen years of software engineering experience building and deploying customer-facing production systems.
Experience owning technical delivery end to end, including pre-sales, scoping, integration, and post-launch support.
Strong client communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Healthcare or life sciences experience, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or compliance and HIPAA.
Fluency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React, plus cloud experience with AWS or GCP.
Experience building data and machine learning pipelines, including ETL or ELT, document ingestion, or predictive models.
Experience with LLM systems or AI agents, including prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, guardrails, or observability.
A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving client environments.
Base salary: $170,000 to $205,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote within the United States, with New York as the primary location.
