Senior Field Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Note: We are only open to Individuals who reside in India for this position. 

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-forward senior field marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies to promote our presence at industry events, drive attendance, and expand brand awareness.

We are looking for a candidate with strong professional maturity who can operate with a high degree of ownership. The ideal candidate actively leverages modern AI tools and automated workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks, optimize project efficiency, and scale our field marketing operations smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, development, and execution of field marketing strategies to effectively promote events, conferences, trade shows, and community meetups.
2. Project Management & Operations: Oversee end-to-end event lifecycles—from initial logistics and collateral coordination to post-event follow-ups—ensuring seamless execution using project management tools
3. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as event organizers, collateral vendors, and internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Design, etc).
4. Performance & Data Analysis: Track key event metrics, evaluate campaign performance, conduct post-event analysis, and deliver actionable insights to refine future event investments.
5. Collateral & Campaign Asset Creation: Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, promotional collateral, digital content, and event listings tailored to specific target markets and personas.
6. AI & Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive operational tasks and implement AI-driven workflows, automations, and AI project tools (e.g., Claude projects, prompt workflows, automated SOPs) to maximize team productivity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Event Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS 
• Project & Campaign Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple complex event campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail and self-direction.
• Professional Maturity: Exceptional communication skills and the maturity to independently collaborate across global remote teams and high-level external partners.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to evaluate event performance, track attendance metrics, and deliver post-event insights.
• AI & Automation Proficiency: Moderate to advanced hands-on experience using generative AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with the hospitality, travel tech, or Short-Term Rental (STR) industries. 
• Experience managing and executing events in the United States or European markets.
