What you will be doing:

  • Maintains account management responsibility for several key accounts, including direct account management and targeted client interactions to sell the services of the company

  • Supports Account Managers and Operations through development of strategic client solutions

  • Formulates account strategies and tactics with other Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generation of RFPs and client presentations

  • Ensures the quality of proposals through review on a selected basis for assigned accounts and others, as appropriate

  • Supports international client activities through collaboration with Premier Research operation teams and collaborative European partners

This position oversees Business Development for the Italy and Switzerland markets where you would have complete ownership of the territory.

What we are searching for:

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum of seven years Business Development sales/account management experience in the CRO industry

  • Demonstrated understanding of Phase I through Phase IV drug development

  • Experience working the Italian/Swiss markets

  • Fluency in Italian and English
