We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Innovation team and lead the execution of our AI roadmap, transforming how we serve our B2C customers. As a leading appliance manufacturer, we are focused on delivering seamless, connected experiences across contact center channels, including voice, chat, and messaging. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, automation, and customer experience, with a strong track record of driving complex initiatives from concept through delivery.
In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-driven solutions that power contact center operations and customer engagement. As an individual contributor working across a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, you will manage a portfolio of initiatives focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions and transactional capabilities, including order management, repair scheduling, warranty processing, and product troubleshooting.
You will partner closely with stakeholders to define priorities, align on business requirements, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions. This includes managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving clarity across teams to ensure outcomes meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
This position is headquartered in Louisville, KY with availability to work remotely.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the execution of program deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives and vision.
  • Develop and manage detailed program schedules to ensure on-time production readiness and launch execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to support effective execution across AI development team members.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and project prioritization across the contact center stakeholders and other partner teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business challenges and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into clear user stories and requirements.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, including identifying and shaping future initiatives aligned to business and customer impact.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, service, and digital technology teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program communications, ensuring alignment on program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies through regular updates, reports, and stakeholder reviews
  • Translate technical concepts and progress into clear, business-friendly updates for non-technical audiences
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment, surface issues, and support timely decision-making
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying changes, trade-offs, and potential impacts to delivery
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately, providing context and recommended actions to leadership
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into program planning and continuous improvement efforts

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, including operational efficiency, customer experience, and AI effectiveness
  • Monitor program progress against goals, timelines, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into program performance and key metrics
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and recommended actions
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of AI-driven outcomes
  • Use data-driven insights to inform prioritization, roadmap adjustments, and continuous improvement efforts

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects in software, platform, systems, or customer-facing digital environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional delivery from discovery and planning through launch and post-release support
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, and delivery tracking
  • Experience tracking timelines, managing dependencies, and supporting risk and issue resolution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in addition to building influence and consensus with stakeholders and leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using project and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar for backlog tracking, workflow visibility, status reporting, and coordination
  • Experience managing AI, automation, or data-driven solutions
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Passionate about continuous learning, especially in the AI/ML field, and driven by results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s of Business Administration
  • Agile or project management certification (e.g. CSM, PMP)
  • Experience working with a B2C contact center, especially in a consumer goods or appliance manufacturer environment.
  • Exposure to contact center technologies (e.g. Salesforce or other CRM, Amazon Connect)
  • Background in customer journey mapping, process automation, or integrating AI with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven solutions in customer-facing environments
