Overview
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing Managed Services team. This individual will lead the strategy, operations, and day-to-day delivery of our outsourced legal service offerings, with a focus on M&A, contract abstraction structured projects, and claims review.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing teams of lawyers, delivery managers, and technical specialists to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality service delivery for global clients. The role requires ownership of operational performance, workflow optimization, reporting, and technology-enabled process improvement, while maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of legal service delivery expertise, operational leadership, process improvement experience, and familiarity with technology-enabled legal solutions. This individual must be comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across global teams and functions.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
- Lead and manage teams of delivery managers, coordinators, attorneys, and paralegals delivering outsourced legal services
- Ensure consistent delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations
- Oversee workflow allocation and optimize resource utilization across projects
- Manage escalations from clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution
- Oversee and execute ad hoc projects as needed
Strategic Leadership & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and delivery models
- Drive implementation of process improvements and technology-enabled solutions
- Oversee knowledge management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term service line development goals
Client Management & Reporting
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Oversee reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely client-facing data
- Prepare, analyze, and present complex reports and performance metrics
- Participate in client meetings and lead regular stakeholder updates
Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Support business development efforts, including solution design and client discussions
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Managed Services function
Qualifications
Required
- Significant experience in legal service delivery, managed services, or legal operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across legal, operations, and technology
- Strong experience in workflow design, process improvement, and change management
- Experience implementing or managing technology-enabled legal workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build credibility and trust with clients and internal teams
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Experience participating in client-facing engagements and solution development
- Strong writing skills, including experience with proposals and RFP responses
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent experience
