The Opportunity:

The Data Senior Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that support healthcare revenue cycle operations. Data integrity, scalability, and performance across complex systems, enabling actionable insights and operational efficiency. Combines advanced engineering expertise with a deep understanding of data architecture and analytics to drive innovation and compliance in a highly regulated environment. Develops and maintains robust data pipelines, architectures, and integrations to support enterprise analytics and reporting. Ensures data quality and security while implementing best practices for ETL processes, database optimization, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, leverages modern tools for data modeling and warehousing, and proactively monitors system performance to ensure reliability and scalability. Supports governance initiatives and compliance with healthcare data standards.
