- Analyze customer behavior, authentication flows, and drop-offs.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion while maintaining security.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills including joins and window functions.
- Strong experience in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience in fraud detection, risk analytics, or underwriting analysis.
- Strong experience working with behavioral and transactional data.
- Experience handling messy and complex datasets.
- Experience with experimentation methods such as A/B testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to business and technical teams.
- Experience with Python, BI tools, or machine learning exposure.
- Background in fintech, lending, or underwriting systems.
