This cross functional position will be responsible for providing guidance on Cyber DFARS/FARS requirements, CMMC readiness, supply chain cyber incident reporting, and multi‑domain risk management. The successful candidate will lead complex analyses, deliver executive‑level insights, and shape the frameworks, roles, and tools that underpin Raytheon’s evolving Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) ecosystem. In addition to managing high‑visibility risk activities, this role plays a critical part in developing organizational capabilities such as advancing standard work, refining training and communication materials, strengthening cross‑functional processes, and helping define long‑term strategies for cybersecurity within the supply chain. The selected candidate will gain hands‑on experience in supplier risk management, cyber regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and cross‑functional communication while helping strengthen Raytheon’s supply chain resilience.

  • Identify program‑level impacts, advise Programs on required tracking and compliance expectations, and deliver high‑quality, executive‑ready briefings. Provide strategic insight on shifting requirements and their implications for the supply base.

  • Review incident notifications from RTX Corporate, determine exposure using tools and internal data systems, assess potential impact, and drive timely, compliant cross‑functional responses.
  • Provide guidance to team members on incident evaluation and documentation.

Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plans

  • Shape and mature Supply Chain Risk Management roles, responsibilities, and documentation across cybersecurity and related domains, including but not limited to financial risk, specialty materials, conflict minerals, and rare earth elements.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend structural improvements, and influence the development of long‑term SCRM frameworks.

Cyber & CMMC Training and Standard Work

  • Manage the development, refinement, and maintenance of comprehensive training materials, Standard Work, Job Aids, and organizational guidance related to cybersecurity and CMMC.
  • Ensure materials align with current policy, contractual requirements, and organizational expectations.
  • Promote organizational readiness through clear communication and stakeholder enablement.
