Your Department 

We run T Cloud Public! 

T Cloud Public is a public cloud standard product based on open-source community software and driven by DevSecOps principles. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivated teams, and an extremely dynamic business environment define the way we work. With our customer-oriented and agile mindset, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business within the Deutsche Telekom Group. 

As a Senior Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth and accurate billing, financial, and commercial processes across the cloud customer lifecycle.

You will act as a key interface between customers, Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations, Partner Management, and other internal teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing Order-to-Cash and billing activities for cloud products and services
• Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with contracts, consumption data, and internal policies
• Reviewing invoice quality, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrections
• Supporting customer and partner onboarding into billing and operational processes
• Providing commercial and financial guidance to Sales and Bid teams
• Supporting pricing, billing models, deal structures, and financial evaluations
• Ensuring compliance with TSI governance and financial steering requirements
• Driving process improvements, standardization, transparency, and audit readiness
• Supporting revenue assurance, profitability, and financial performance management

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in billing, financial operations, invoice management, commercial operations, or cloud business management
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and financial governance
• Experience with cloud business models, consumption-based billing, and partner environments
• Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience working across Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations, and Partner organizations
• Strong knowledge of TSI processes and governance, ideally including AGP, SalSa, PSP Setup, TSI Delivery Model, Offering Elements, and Financial Steering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• German and English at C1 level
