About The Client:
Our client is an Australian mortgage and finance brokerage based in Morisset, NSW, supporting clients across Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast and Australia-wide. With more than 10 years of experience and access to a broad panel of lenders, the business assists clients across home loans, investment lending, construction, refinancing, commercial lending, asset finance, SMSF lending and more.
As the brokerage continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Credit Analyst / Para-Broker who can provide high-level credit and loan-processing support to the brokers.
Role Overview
They seek an experienced Senior Credit Analyst / Para-Broker with strong Australian mortgage lending knowledge who can take ownership of the technical and analytical work behind loan applications.
This is a senior position requiring someone who can go beyond basic loan processing and data entry. The successful candidate will be confident in assessing complex client financial information, completing servicing calculations, researching lender policies, comparing loan options, identifying potential credit issues, and helping structure applications before submission.
For a suitably qualified and experienced candidate, the role can operate closer to a Para-Broker, providing significant end-to-end support to the brokers while allowing them to spend more time advising clients and generating new business.
Strong Excel capability and experience within Connective's Mercury platform are particularly important. Connective describes Mercury Nexus as its all-in-one broker platform, incorporating deal workflows, client data gathering, compliance checks and application processes.
