One of Cox Consulting Network's clients is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to support a growing multi-entity organization. This remote opportunity will play a critical role in driving enterprise financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, and process improvement initiatives across a complex operating environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial reporting
- Experience supporting consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities or business units
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and executive reporting
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
- Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-site, fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
- CPA, MBA, or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or engineered products environments
- Background supporting acquisitions, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives
- Experience with intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidated financial statements
- Experience coordinating external audits and tax reporting activities
- Strong financial modeling, dashboard creation, and executive presentation development skills
