About the Role

  • Define requirements and make technical decisions in collaboration with partner engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 15 years of experience in control or power electronics hardware design, including motor drivers or actuator controllers.

  • Hands-on experience designing, bringing up, and debugging control or power electronics PCB assemblies.

  • A BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • PCB design experience from schematic capture through layout, with Altium preferred.

  • Familiarity with ARM microcontrollers, embedded hardware, CAN, and tools such as SPICE or MATLAB/Simulink.

  • Experience in a fast-paced hardware environment and with flight hardware or other high-reliability systems is valuable.

  • U.S. citizenship is required for security eligibility. Visa sponsorship is not available.
