We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to own and evolve Our Customer’s voice across every channel we publish. This role sits at the intersection of brand, strategy, and execution , you’ll manage our social media presence across organic and paid channels, produce The Signal (our monthly newsletter), drive the blog content pipeline, and build the editorial calendar that keeps it all moving. You’ll be the operational center of gravity for Our Customer’s content output, coordinating across executives, the insights team, and product marketing to keep multiple workstreams moving at once. You’ll be equal parts storyteller, strategist, and project manager: someone who obsesses over brand voice and visual identity just as much as they care about distribution, performance, and growth.
Our Customer is changing how Hollywood and the media industry understand their audiences , and this role is how we tell that story to the world. If you’re energized by the challenge of making complex data feel urgent and essential, and you want your fingerprints on a brand that’s reshaping how studios, streamers, and networks make decisions, this is the role for you.
You will report to the VP, Marketing & Communications. Our Customer is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours (ET - PT).
Own Our Customer's social media presence across organic and paid channels — including content creation, community engagement, paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), and performance reporting — while expanding to new channels and formats, including social video.
Lead end-to-end production of The Signal, Our Customer's monthly newsletter, in close collaboration with the VP, Marketing & Communications.
Manage and execute the blog content pipeline — writing, editing, publishing, and optimizing posts using insights produced by the data and insights team.
Own and maintain the editorial calendar across all content channels, creating on-brand content and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Insights, and executives to keep every workstream on track.
Promote Our Customer's quarterly reports and syndicated insights across owned, shared, and paid channels.
Manage relationships with external vendors including freelancers and agencies as needed.
6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a closely related discipline — with meaningful time spent at a B2B or B2B-adjacent brand.
You’re a skilled project manager who thrives across multi-threaded timelines with multiple stakeholders, including executives, and you do it without dropping the ball.
A champion and protector of brand voice and visual identity — you’ve built or maintained a brand standard before, and you take it seriously.
Strong command of content distribution strategy across owned, shared, and paid channels, and you know how to match message to medium and platform.
Hands-on experience with paid social ad platforms — Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent.
Familiar with modern entertainment, streaming, and Hollywood culture — or you have a demonstrable track record of ramping quickly in new industries.
Comfortable in Webflow and familiar with modern CMS workflows for publishing and optimizing blog content.
Fluent in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar for producing on-brand creative assets.
You have a sharp editorial eye — copywriting and copy editing come naturally, and you know the difference between good enough and great.
Experienced with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Statusbrew, or similar.
You’re AI-native — you use platforms like Claude and other AI tools as a natural part of your workflow to move faster and work smarter.
You've produced short-form social video — you know what makes a 30-second clip land on LinkedIn or Instagram.
You've worked in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform and understand how content and CRM connect.
You're familiar with Cision or a similar tool for media monitoring and PR distribution.
You come with a background in streaming, media, entertainment, or the subscription economy — or a genuine passion for the space.
