Work you’ll do

Reimagined Greenhouse is searching for a Senior Consultant to join the Center for Customer Leadership (CCL) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide array of Customer serving executives (i.e., digital, marketing, sales, service). The ideal candidate is a high performer who is a creative, strategic thinker, and an exceptional project manager and communicator. Possession of strong facilitation/presentation skills, executive presence, and a genuine interest in creating and building relationships are a must. A proactive and hard-working attitude and excitement for operating in a fast-paced environment will help the person excel in this role. Above all else, the ideal candidate can generate ideas that help solve problems through imagination, innovation, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will:

• Develop programming that supports the evolving needs of Deloitte’s customer serving executives
• Develop insights on the evolving role of customer facing executives to support their success in their role. Insights produced will also inform programming design and be used to advise account teams on strategies for client relationship breakthroughs
• Serve as a strategic advisor to account teams on how to leverage CCL offerings and customer-facing programming to build durable client relationships
• Support delivery and execution of the CCL’s programming including, but not limited to: NextGen Executive Academies, Transition Labs, etc.
• Contribute to strategy development for client programming across career journeys
• Connect programming to additional RG and CCL workstreams to foster synergies with the aim of maximizing impact for our clients and the business
• Support RG and CCL strategic projects and sprints 
• Perform expansive project management support, coordinating across a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Own executive update decks and impact reporting

Who we’re looking for

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years’ relevant professional work experience. Client service experience is a plus
• Customer (i.e., Digital, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service) education and experience required
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Robust experience with GenAI tools
• Demonstrate exceptional creativity in designing and executing engaging client experiences 

• Ability to strategically think at a 30,000 ft. level and then roll up the sleeves to drive tactical tasks forward with speed and agility

• Ability to manage work across multiple streams, Ability to synthesize group discussions into concise / concrete insights and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes

• Ability to manage risks, knowing what and when to escalate issues to the CCL leadership 

• Experience working in Salesforce; Jupiter experience/knowledge strongly preferred
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Applying knowledge of business terms and definitions, standard business or financial reports, and common business metrics
• Taking personal ownership to ensure customers are satisfied and rendering extra services when necessary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $181,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
