Senior Consultant RELEX Space & Assortment

What will you do?

As a RELEX Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing the RELEX platform for our clients. You will ensure that the system is fully aligned with business needs, for space and assortment.

You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients throughout the entire journey, from the initial analysis to successful go-live and post-implementation support. You understand exactly how to leverage RELEX to deliver maximum business impact

In addition, you will:

· Translate client requirements into smart and scalable RELEX configurations.

· Work closely with RELEX, client teams, and internal specialists.

· Configure RELEX Space & Assortment (S&A) based on future-state business processes.

· Independently deliver configurations in line with RELEX best practices.

· Actively contribute to building and expanding the RELEX proposition within the organization.

· Support the development and presentation of proposals for prospective RELEX clients.

What do you bring?

· A Bachelor's or Master's degree.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience, including several years in retail consulting and/or end-to-end digital transformation projects and/or RELEX experience within an organization using RELEX. Retail category or space planning experience is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of RELEX S&A and its implementation, preferably supported by RELEX certification.

· Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to align stakeholders and support senior executives in implementing recommendations.

· Comfortable supporting sales activities, developing proposals, and engaging in business development discussions with prospective clients.

· Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across the Netherlands and internationally, depending on project needs.
