Senior Consultant - EDM

JOB SUMMARY:

Argano is seeking a dynamic and experienced EPM Data Integrations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of consulting professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting services to clients, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. You will leverage your leadership skills to drive client excellence, to mentor team members, and to support the overall growth of the EPM consulting practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, outstanding people management skills, and a passion for delivering results in complex business environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consulting professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and ensure professional growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous learning and innovation.
• Oversee workload distribution, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately and deadlines are met.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and services provided by the consulting team, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Support the sales and business development process by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and assisting with proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assist in defining the strategic direction for the EPM consulting practice and identify new service offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership by staying current with industry trends and best practices, and representing the company at conferences, webinars, and networking events.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM Data Integrations solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite (On-Premise and Cloud), including Data Exchange, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), SQL and Groovy scripting.  Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (PMP or similar certifications are a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
• Flexibility for travel
