What you can expect
- You design innovative, customer-centric CX, CRM, and service strategies across the full customer journey, leveraging Intelligent CX, personalization, and AI-enabled automation
- You support the transformation of customer and service organizations as well as the development of data-driven customer interaction models
- You develop approaches to make the business value of CX initiatives measurable and steer them through relevant KPIs
- You take responsibility in transformation projects, customer workshops and proposal processes
- You actively support the development of our CX and CRM portfolio and contribute your own ideas to new topics and offerings
Ready for Detecon?
- You have a university degree, preferably a master’s degree, in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience in management consulting with a focus on CX, CRM, service or digital transformation
- You have experience in developing and implementing CX strategies, customer journeys or transformation initiatives
- You are familiar with relevant CX and CRM technologies, including their use cases, value potential and limitations
- You stand out through strong communication skills, ownership, very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel for project work
