As a Senior Clinical Trial Associate at ICON, you will oversee and support the execution of clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This is a sponsor dedicated position focused on Oncology trials.

What You Will Do:

You will lead on clinical coordination tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating clinical trial activities to ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address clinical trial issues, optimize processes, and ensure the effective execution of studies.
  • Overseeing site management and monitoring to ensure data integrity and compliance with study protocols.
  • Providing guidance and support to clinical staff and investigators, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Tracking and reporting on trial progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate challenges.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in clinical coordination, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Significant experience in clinical trial management, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring trial success and addressing clinical challenges.
  • Oncology experience required

Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) en coordination d'essais cliniques souhaitant jouer un rôle clé dans la conduite d'études en oncologie au sein d'un modèle dédié à un commanditaire chez ICON. Ce poste offre la possibilité de contribuer directement à l'exécution d'essais cliniques complexes en collaborant étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, des investigateurs et des centres afin de garantir la qualité, la conformité réglementaire et le succès des études.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possédera une solide expérience en coordination et en gestion d'essais cliniques, une excellente connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques (BPC/GCP) et des exigences réglementaires, ainsi qu'une expérience démontrée dans le domaine de l'oncologie. Ce rôle convient parfaitement à une personne autonome, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, d'identifier de manière proactive les risques potentiels et de mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces pour assurer la réussite des études.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat/licence) dans une discipline scientifique ou liée aux soins de santé.
  • Expérience significative en coordination ou en gestion d'essais cliniques.
  • Expérience en recherche clinique dans le domaine de l'oncologie (obligatoire).
  • Solide connaissance des BPC (ICH-GCP) et des exigences réglementaires applicables aux essais cliniques.
  • Expérience en soutien à la gestion et au suivi des centres investigateurs.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec diverses parties prenantes.
  • Grande attention aux détails et approche proactive pour assurer la réussite des études.
