What You'll Do

As a Senior Client Solutions Consultant, you'll follow an established process to:

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies
  

• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
  

• Listen to individual goals, challenges, and aspirations to assess alignment
  

• Introduce relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process
  

• Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  

• Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results
  

• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.
  

Important Role Details

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
  

• Background in client relationships, account management, customer success, consulting, business development, leadership, marketing, communications, or a related field

• Confidence connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds
  

• A relationship-focused approach built on trust, professionalism, and follow-through
