The Role
Every great hire starts with a recruiting engine that never drops a ball, and that's exactly what this role owns. As a key member of the Talent Team, you will be responsible for keeping our high-volume pipelines moving across a fast-growing, US-based organization with reach across multiple continents. Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume recruiting roles
Build and run sourcing strategies that reach the best of overseas talent pools
Own end-to-end coordination for a high volume of open requisitions, from intake through offer, across multiple teams and time zones
Manage candidate communication so every applicant, hired or not, leaves with a strong impression of Overjet
Help keep our ATS clean, current, and accurate so hiring data is trustworthy at any moment
Partner directly with hiring managers based in the US to understand role needs and translate them into strong candidate searches
Flag pipeline bottlenecks early and propose fixes rather than waiting for someone else to notice
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country
Experience recruiting or supporting high-volume recruiting for a US-based startup with international reach
Ability to work US hours
Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the moment requires, regardless of title
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
Comfort working in an ATS (we use Ashby) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once. Experience with Juicebox is a plus!
