You’ll work at the intersection of data, process, and strategy—partnering across business, IT, and leadership teams to translate insights into meaningful, measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive data‑driven decision‑making, leveraging advanced analytical and visualization tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, dashboards) to deliver actionable insights
  • Lead process analysis and optimization efforts, mapping complex claims workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes
  • Own end‑to‑end initiatives, from data collection and analysis through recommendation development and executive‑level presentation
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to support product portfolio, pricing analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or re‑engineering techniques
  • Develop and track performance metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis, and align improvements to identified performance gaps
  • Perform cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to quantify the value of proposed solutions
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Document technical workflows and end to end operations processes

What You Bring

  • Strong experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst, ideally within Workers’ Compensation or insurance‑based claims environments
  • Deep understanding of claims lifecycles, regulations, and industry terminology
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in Agile environments, adapting to evolving priorities and fast‑paced delivery cycles
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong ROI focus

Why Join Enlyte

This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact—improving how work gets done, influencing business strategy, and delivering measurable value in a growth‑oriented organization. If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading change, and turning insight into action, we’d love to hear from you.
