  • Collaborate with FAIRTIQ teams on market strategies, client solutions, proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations.
  • Build FAIRTIQ’s long-term network, visibility and position within the public transport ecosystem across the region.

Requirements

You don’t need to come from a traditional sales background. Deep public transport experience and the ability to develop business through trusted relationships are what matter most.

  • Extensive professional experience in the public transport sector and a strong understanding of its institutional and decision-making environment.
  • Strong professional knowledge and experience of public transport stakeholders, structures and decision-making processes in Central or Eastern Europe.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder processes such as public procurement, partnerships or major public-sector projects.

  • Native or C1-level proficiency in at least one Slavic language, plus C1 English or higher.
  • Based in one of the relevant markets, or in a nearby European country from which frequent travel across these markets is practical.

Experience in business development or sales, public transport ticketing, fare collection, digital mobility, tenders or commercial negotiations is a strong plus, as is an established network within the region.
