In Argentina within the Banking & Fintech industry, we are actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our team. Your mission will be to act as a vital bridge between business strategy and technological execution, driving functional definitions, process optimization, and compliance alignment for digital channels and financial products.

This is you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or financial services.

• In-depth knowledge of banking products (accounts, payment methods, digital channels) and financial regulatory frameworks (BCRA preferred).

• Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Strong ability to write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria, and refine backlogs alongside Product Owners.

• Experience in process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), defining business rules, functional flows, use cases, and decision matrices.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present and defend definitions to stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Operations.

• Proactive mindset with a high level of autonomy to anticipate impacts, identify edge cases, and resolve functional ambiguities.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience managing relationship and requirement definitions with external vendors and third-party integrations.

• Hands-on experience analyzing platform metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.

• Knowledge of agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and collaborative discovery workshop methodologies.

This is your role

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with cross-functional business areas.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, and backlog refinement meetings.

• Analyze current processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future processes (TO-BE), identifying simplification and automation opportunities.

• Provide continuous functional support to development teams during sprints, clarifying requirements and removing definition blockers.

• Collaborate with QA teams on test case design and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Manage documentation and keep the team’s knowledge base updated to ensure long-term platform traceability.
