The Senior Bookkeeper will manage end-to-end accounting processes, including daily transactions and financial reporting for US-based clients. They will collaborate with CPAs and business owners to provide tailored accounting services across various industries.
This is a remote position.
BooksTime is a fast-growing, US-based accounting company with offices in Ukraine, the Philippines and the UAE. We are currently looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Philippines team.

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or similar course
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end accounting experience
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent English communication skills
Experience working with clients directly, familiarity with US GAAP, and SMEs
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred Qualifications (a plus):
Experience in a multicultural work environment
CPA or equivalent certification
Proficiency or certification in QuickBooks / Xero
Experience with 3rd-party applications such as Gusto, Bill.com, Stripe, etc.
