Role Overview
Combines deep banking domain expertise with data engineering and business intelligence skills to transform complex, multi-source financial data into high-impact enterprise dashboards for a leading banking client.
Key Responsibilities
- Banking Analytics: Apply domain expertise to identify trends, assess risk, and track core financial metrics.
- Data Engineering: Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines feeding analytical databases.
- Visualization Suite: Build interactive, automated dashboards for executive and operational decision-making.
- System Migration: Translate and modernize legacy SAP BusinessObjects reports into a self-service PowerBI environment.
- Performance Tuning: Write optimized data transformation scripts and data models for large-scale datasets.
Requirements
4+ years as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst, specifically within corporate or retail banking.
Expert-level PowerBI (DAX, Power Query); working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects / Web Intelligence for legacy report migration.
Advanced Python for data manipulation; strong SQL for relational databases and query optimization.
