Location: This is a remote opportunity. But the base location of the role holder has to be Mumbai

Role in Nutshell: 

As a Senior Associate Marketing, you will be a core problem-solver responsible for owning the marketing pipeline and delivering on pipeline commits. Initially, you will define the strategy and own the end-to-end funnel for our paid advertising initiatives - focusing on strategy and funnel conversion rather than requiring deep, technical platform-level expertise.

Beyond this initial focus, this role requires high flexibility and strategic agility. You will be expected to adapt and own different problem statements in the near future, spanning various advertising platforms and broader marketing pipeline goals. While experience in generating business value from ads is a plus, the true focus of this role is on solving complex growth problems, building scalable solutions, and aligning seamlessly with BrowserStack’s broader business goals.

Desired Experience:

  • 2.5–4 years of overall experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, think strategically, and drive execution with attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with comfort working with data.

  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good to have: Knowledge of ads, ad content strategy, and digital marketing.

  • Define and execute marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.

  • Break down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful outcomes.

  • Use data and research to prioritize initiatives, track success, and refine strategy.

  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability within the product area.

  • (Optional/Good to Have) Leverage ads to inform decisions and create incremental impact.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to continuously sharpen the product strategy.
