In der Rolle als Senior Architecture Consultant ist der Bewerber verantwortlich für die Planung und Entwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen, die den wirtschaftlichen und technischen Anforderungen der Kunden entsprechen und gleichzeitig skalierbar, sicher und leistungsfähig sind. Die Rolle umfasst strategische Entscheidungen zu Topologien, Technologieauswahl und allgmein relevante Architekturansätze. Des weiteren ist ein gewisses vertriebliches Urteilsvermögen und Kompetenz von Vorteilt. Der Senior Architecture Consultant hat die Aufgabe als "Trusted Advisor" für Kunden und Vertrieb zu agieren, Probleme zu erkennen und selbstständig zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben:

• Architekturberatung ganzheitlich in Bezug auf das Thema Infrastruktur

• Konzeption  von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (LAN, WLAN, Datacenter-Netzwerke, WAN und Cloud-Netzwerke).

• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Netzwerke zur Verbesserung von Leistung und Sicherheit.

• Sicherstellung der Netzwerksicherheit durch Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS und andere Schutzmaßnahmen.

• Integration neuer Technologien und Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams, Entwicklern und externen Partnern.

• Dokumentation der Netzwerktopologie, Erstellung von Richtlinien und Standards.

• Fehlersuche und Problemlösung bei komplexen Netzwerkstörungen.

• Schulung von Kunden zu Netzwerkarchitektur und Best Practices.

• Pre /- Post-Sales Beratung

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation.

• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung im Thema Netzwerk - IT Infrastrukturen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SDN, SDDC, Routing, Switching, Netzwerksicherheit.

• Erfahrung mit Cisco, HP-Aruba, Arista oder vergleichbaren Technologien.

• Kenntnisse in Cloud-Netzwerken (AWS, Azure) und Virtualisierung.

• Kenntnisse im Open-Source Umfeld

• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denken.

• Breites IT-Wissen, Grundverständnis für andere IT-Kernbereiche wie Compute, Storage, Backup, Containeriesierung sowohl On-Prem als auch Private/Public Cloud

• Gute Kommunikations (Deutsch & Englisch)- und Teamfähigkeit.
