Job Summary:

Precise is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to support application development, governance, and infrastructure. This Senior Appian Developer will work closely with several project teams to support the customer.

Support includes evaluating developing integration touchpoints, creating developer guidance and governance, architectural design discussions, infrastructure discussions, integrations development, and more to ensure the success of the customer. 


Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Product owners, development teams, and various stakeholders.

· Work with business teams and development teams to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems or the data warehouse into the transactional database.

· Work with IT Leadership to keep solutions, possibly spanning multiple applications, in alignment with the future IT roadmap.

· Able to contribute to hands-on development, engage in technical design discussions, and build Proof of Concept and demos as needed.

· Develop and implement the Appian and related web-based applications.

· Provide technical guidance to development teams, following best practices, as and when required.

· Support or manage an Appian platform and environments, including interfacing with Appian support. 

· Support development of applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other enterprise products.

· Experience with estimating and sizing Appian business requirements.

· Debug and troubleshoot Appian development and production applications.

Requirements


  

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

· Appian Level 2 Certification expected (not required).

· Experienced with Agile, API’s, Web Services, integrations, Appian plugins.

· Experienced with integrations with external systems.

· Familiarity or experience with AI integrated feature development and/or AI supported DevOps/Testing preferred.

· Experience working on multiple applications, or across multiple applications.

· Proficient with Appian BPM and complex SQL database structures.

· Ability to take directions and work with one or multiple project teams.

· Ability to own the project backlog, schedule and ensures that project teams deliver high quality work consistently and on time when necessary.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Passion for design, attention to detail, and punctuality.

· Eager to volunteer time, mentor others, and contribute. 

· Ability to scope Appian Projects.

· Comfortable in a demanding environment and managing multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

· 4-6+ years of Appian development experience
