The Senior Analyst will analyze and forecast quality performance across various healthcare programs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. They will also develop dashboards and executive summaries to communicate performance drivers and support clinical and operational decision-making.

The Senior Analyst, Quality Performance helps HarmonyCares improve care quality and value-based performance by turning complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights. The analyst monitors and forecasts results across Medicare Advantage Stars, HEDIS measures, Medicare ACO programs, and payer contracts, identifying key risks and opportunities and helping clinical and operational leaders determine where to focus. This role reports to the Director of Quality Operations and works closely with Quality, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Technology, and health plan partners.
