Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Compensation team. We are looking for a proactive and curious individual who thrives in a collaborative culture, takes initiatives and is eager to learn and grow within the compensation function.
You’ll support core compensation processes, contribute to analysis and reporting, and partner with team members across HR. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to compensation programs and decision-making, offering a great opportunity to develop foundational skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation programs (merit, bonus, equity, etc.)
Assist with data gathering, analysis, and reporting to support compensation decisions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting outputs
Partner with team members to prepare materials for compensation reviews and planning cycles
Contribute to the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, testing and execution support
Assist in creating presentations and summaries to communication compensation outcomes
Collaborate with P+C and Business Partners to respond to compensation related questions
Identify opportunities for improvement and processes to improve efficiency over time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience in HR, finance, or related analytical roles
Hands-on experience with Workday, including Advanced Compensation (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
