Senior AI & Data Engineer - Sales Domain

We’re looking for a Senior AI & Data Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Ravi Kumar Naramsetty, Head of Sales AI & MarTech IT SE, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building AI-powered sales and MarTech capabilities that personalize customer journeys and enable scalable, trusted digital sales.

What you’ll do:

You will build the data, integration, and AI engineering foundations that power our Sales AI agents, recommendations, and customer journeys.

• Build scalable data pipelines, APIs, integrations for AI agents, recommendations and personalization use cases across Telia’s consumer AI space.

• Create reliable data products using customer, offer, product, subscription and behavioral data for AI-enabled sales journeys.

• Enable AI engineering capabilities such as RAG, feature pipelines, real-time decisioning, observability, and quality controls.

• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product owners and engineers to move AI solutions from idea to production.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex data problems and building production-ready AI capabilities.

• Proven experience in data engineering, AI engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering in enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and modern data architecture patterns, and Agentic AI capabilities.

• Ability to build scalable integrations and data products for GenAI, AI agents, RAG, recommendations or personalization use cases.

• Experience with Agile/SAFe, cross-functional delivery and fluent English; telecom, Sales, CRM, MarTech or eCommerce is a plus.
