Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000

Location: Remote, USA

Travel Requirements: up to 25% local and national travel required

About the Role 

Join Indigenous Pact as a Senior Advisor - Healing Spaces and help shape healthcare environments that better serve Tribal communities. You'll support facility projects from planning through design and build-out, bringing together project coordination, client collaboration, data analysis, and the ability to interpret architectural plans and technical drawings. 

Your Impact 

In this role, you will help Tribal health organizations turn facility needs and project challenges into practical recommendations. Your work will support thoughtful healthcare spaces, stronger project outcomes, and Indigenous Pact's mission to improve healthcare access and advance health equity for Tribal communities. 

What You'll Do 

• Support Healing Spaces engagements across planning, design, and build-out by identifying client needs, gaps, and opportunities.
• Keep projects moving by coordinating work plans, deliverables, interviews, and day-to-day collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations and business cases.
• Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings and communicate confidently using construction terminology.
• Create client-ready presentations and proposals while collaborating with project teams and contributing to business development, methodologies, and leading practices.

What You'll Bring 

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, healthcare, Tribal relations, economics, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least one year of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• The ability to interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and other technical drawings, plus working knowledge of construction terminology.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex financial, operational, quantitative, and qualitative information into sound recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus familiarity with data analysis and project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, relationship management, judgment, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Tribal communities or Tribal health organizations, prior analyst or consulting experience, or healthcare facility planning, design, construction, or build-out experience is a plus.
