Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily accounting functions, including
AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities. - Compliance & Technical Accounting: Ensure compliance with GAAP, prepare financial reports, and review technical accounting position papers.
- Leadership & Team Management: Manage, train, and mentor staff, including hiring and performance evaluation.
- Strategic Support: Act as a business partner to financial planning (FP&A) to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and developing cost-saving measures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of accounting experience preferred
