职位概述**
作为高级客户销售,您将负责通用电气医疗系统贸易发展(上海)有限公司的销售增长,通过建立和维护与关键客户的深厚关系,推动医疗解决方案的销售,并实现销售目标。
工作职责**
* 制定并执行销售策略,以实现或超越销售目标和预算。
* 识别并开发新的业务机会,扩大公司在指定区域或产品线的市场份额。
* 建立、维护并加强与现有客户和潜在客户的长期合作关系。
* 深入了解客户需求,提供定制化的医疗解决方案,并进行专业的销售演示。
* 与内部团队(如市场、服务、临床应用)紧密合作,确保客户满意度。
* 定期向管理层汇报销售进展、市场趋势和竞争对手情况。
* 参与并支持公司产品发布、展会和市场活动。
* 持续学习行业知识和产品信息,提升专业销售能力。
* 严格遵守公司政策和业务道德规范。
任职资格**
* 本科及以上学历,医学、生物工程、市场营销或相关专业优先。
* 至少5年以上医疗设备或相关行业销售经验,具备独立开发客户和项目管理能力。
* 具备优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够与不同层级的客户建立有效关系。
* 结果导向,具备强大的销售驱动力,能够承受销售压力并实现目标。
* 熟悉医疗行业趋势和市场动态,对医疗产品有深入理解。
* 熟练使用办公软件(如CRM系统、MS Office)。
* 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
* 适应出差。
