We are a globally distributed team of 80+ across the US, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. In the US, we are in startup mode. We have a proven product, a real customer base, and a clear category to own - but building that market requires people who can operate with urgency, ambiguity, and ownership. Right now, we need a hunter who dominates a B2B outbound role. A strategic seller with an entrepreneurial mindset. We need someone who takes full ownership of their pipeline from the first cold call to the signed contract. We need someone who can sell into mid-market and enterprise brokerages - building relationships with principals, marketing directors, and leadership teams - and close deals that typically require multiple stakeholders and a consultative approach. 


You will not be handed a warm lead queue and asked to close. You will be building. That means prospecting daily, running discovery that actually uncovers pain, creating urgency that is real and earned, and managing a book of business with the discipline of someone who knows their number depends on what they do - not what happens to them.


We are defining a new category in a market that is ready for it and the right person will see that as an advantage, not a headwind.


If you...

  • have built pipeline from scratch and knows what it takes;
  • are comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a cold message that actually gets a response, running a discovery conversation that earns the next step;
  • are a real go-getter who dreams big, goes hard, and knows how to drive B2B sales in a start-up;
  • do not need a playbook for every situation - you know how to read a deal, adapt your approach, and keep things moving;
  • are honest with yourself about where deals stand and do not paper over stalled pipeline with optimistic stage updates;
  • know the difference between a deal that is progressing and one that is stuck - and know what to do about both; 
  • thrive in environments that are not fully built yet and gray areas do not slow you down; and
  • make good decisions with incomplete information, ask for help when needed, and take full ownership of your number
