Job Summary

The Semi-Senior DevOps Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS. This position focuses on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence while supporting the continuous evolution of a modern SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS services, infrastructure automation, serverless architectures, and monitoring solutions, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional engineering, product, security, and SRE teams to improve platform scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure.

  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools.

  • Monitor production environments using observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.

  • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.

  • Improve automation, deployment, and operational processes to increase platform efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and SRE teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.

  • Support serverless applications and cloud-native architectures.

  • Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Follow cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and encryption.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, Route 53, and VPC.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

  • Experience working with serverless architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

  • Programming or scripting experience with Python, Bash, Ruby, or similar languages.

  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and encryption.

  • Experience with CloudFront, API Gateway, AWS cost optimization, and Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Advanced English communication skills.
