About us:

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While weโ€™re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.

About the Client

Our client is a specialized U.S. e-commerce consultancy that helps high-growth consumer brands maximize their revenue and market share on Amazon. Managing $5M+ annual revenue brands (~$400k+/month in revenue), they combine data-driven strategy, paid advertising alignment, listing optimization, and operational health to drive measurable business growth. Operating as true business partners rather than passive order-takers, they value proactive ownership, critical thinking, and cross-functional leadership.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, strategically minded Seller Operations Manager to own the operational health and growth strategy for a portfolio of 8 to 12 mid to large scale Amazon accounts ($5M+ ARR). Reporting directly to the Director of Seller Operations, you will serve as the primary operational lead and the central communication hub, simultaneously guiding external client stakeholders and leading an internal pod of 3 to 4 specialists (analysts, copywriters, and designers).

This is a dual track leadership role that requires equal focus on strategic client communication and internal execution. Rather than reacting to suppressed listings or stockouts after they occur, you will be expected to forecast inventory risks 2 months in advance, align operational roadmaps with advertising teams, and translate complex Amazon mechanics into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical business owners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly strategic roadmaps for 8 to 12 Amazon accounts ($5M+ ARR), tracking execution in project management systems and reviewing weekly performance metrics to drive conversion and sales growth.
  • Monitor inventory coverage and forecast stockout or excess inventory risks 2 to 3 months in advance, coordinating with clients and internal supply chain teams to prevent revenue disruption.
  • Manage client communications and internal team coordination simultaneously, serving as the connective tissue between clients, ad strategists, copywriters, and analysts without letting either track fall behind.
  • Lead a dedicated pod of 3 to 4 specialists (analysts and creatives), setting goals, delegating tasks effectively based on technical effort, and coaching the team to bring proactive ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate closely with internal advertising and media buying teams to align promotions, pricing strategies, conversion testing, and listing updates with paid search campaigns.
  • Manage complex Amazon technical workflows including Flat Files, Brand Registry, stranded inventory, suppression resolution, A+ Content, and Amazon Experiments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Amazon Seller Operations experience in an agency setting managing multiple simultaneous client accounts (6 to 12 accounts).
  • Proven ability to manage external client communication and internal team coordination simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep technical mastery of Amazon Seller Central mechanics, including Flat Files, Brand Registry, listing suppression types, stranded inventory, and Amazon Experiments.
  • Strong understanding of how seller operations and inventory health directly impact PPC advertising performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to explain complex, technical Amazon concepts in plain, jargon-free language to business owners.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to delegate tasks, manage team capacity, and direct analysts and creatives effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on proactive problem-solving (e.g., forecasting inventory gaps months ahead rather than reacting to stockouts).

Benefits

  • Salary: $2,000 (PLUS) USD per month (with flexibility for higher offers)
  • Paid Time Off: 10-12 days of paid vacation per year
  • Observed Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year (mix of national and U.S. holidays).
  • Workplace Perks: 100% remote work flexibility with an optional coworking allowance.
  • Career Growth: Direct visibility with agency leadership and clear pathways to advance into strategic leadership or team director roles.

Eligibility Criteria

  • This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as:
