Overview :
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing Leader to build and scale our global marketing engine. This role will own the end-to-end growth strategy across demand generation, digital marketing, brand awareness, customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle. Modern growth marketing leadership increasingly emphasizes experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the organization's global growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build predictable demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Own customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy initiatives.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, events, and partner channels.
Develop and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise customers.
Drive conversion optimization through A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM to improve lead nurturing and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, Alliances, and Leadership teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
Define marketing KPIs and create executive dashboards covering:
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Pipeline contribution
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
Conversion rates
Build thought leadership and executive branding initiatives.

Manage agency partners, technology vendors, and marketing budgets.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
12–18+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
Proven success in technology consulting, SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation organizations.
Strong experience scaling global demand generation and pipeline growth.
Expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading geographically distributed marketing teams.
