SECURITY ANALYST - REMOTE

Location: Remote in Pittsburgh, PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Information Security Analyst.  Ideal candidates must have prior experience developing security awareness and training initiatives as well as overseeing global phishing/smishing/vishing campaigns.  

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of the cyber security learning and awareness program
• Assist in developing security awareness and training initiatives for employees and embedded contractors, which includes role-specific training
• Use innovative ideas to enhance user engagement through training sessions, demonstrations, newsletters, etc.
• Oversee global phishing/smishing/vishing campaigns and work closely with Cyber Defense Team to align simulations with real world threats
• Track training assignment completion metrics and conduct follow-up with users and managers as needed
• Solicit and interpret user feedback and assess areas of opportunity

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Prior experience with phishing simulation development - 3+ years
• Proofpoint Security Awareness Training platform - 2+ years
• Solid understanding of phishing attacks and mitigation against them
• Experience in and exposure to cyber security risk and mitigation strategies, technologies, programs, and operations - 3+ years
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff
